If you don't order strictly what they have on the menu don't expect it to be right.

They also got my order wrong each time and have no idea how to handle even minor, but basic, requests ala 'extra butter'. The bad- The room service menu is way limited and expensive. The hotel is pretty and in a beautiful area. Deep sunken tub, separate shower, toilet in its own closet area. The good- The hotel rooms are a very decent size and clean. The fountain, homemade crepes, marble-slab ice cream station. Even have a station you can have your steak prepared to your liking. They just finished a two million dollar renovation and it certainly showed. We gambled a little (even won) and then on to the buffet!! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! This buffet was better than anything in Las Vegas. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in and four pillows with down or foam. The view from the bathroom was the top of the casino, but it didn't matter. Great selection of shampoo, condition, etc. The bathroom was also huge, seperate toilet area, double sinks, huge jacuzzi/soaking tub and large shower. The room was huge with a couch, king bed, table and chairs by the window with a great view of the mountains. We took one of the six elevators to the 10th floor and our room was right around the corner from the elevator.thought it might end up being noisey, but it wasn't and very quiet. She told me we had been upgraded to a suite on the 10th floor. We waited in line for about 20 minutes before we were warmly greeted by one of the reception/check-in staff. When we arrived they had a pretty large line waiting to check in and renovating the front lobby and wondered if I had made a mistake in staying here. We reserved a room for a Sunday night and with our auto club discount the rate was $110.00. We decided to take a trip to Pala after seeing all the commercial on KTLA Ch 5 (Los Angeles).
